Beyond that ... let's see ... I love to read. I'm in the bookstore at least twice a week looking for books. Love music - all kinds. Love to cook (especially new recipes), but love a good meal out even more LOL. Love a hot cup of coffee in the morning, scary movies, my Coach bags, big sunglasses, & sleeping in. LOVE my car & LOVE my Mac.

Though I've always considered myself "artsy", photography was something I didn't discover until I was in my mid 20's. Taking pictures of my then 2-year-old daughter with an average digital point & shoot camera, I found I had a love for it & purchased my first digital SLR just a few months later. That was in April 2004. Since then I have received quite a few awards for my photos, have done a little bit of magazine work (including 2 covers), and I am a member of the Lifestyle Portraiture Photographer's Directory. My style's unique in that I strive to capture real expressions & emotions, not just standard portraits. I want to get the true moments, the genuine smiles, the sweet glances & the energy that makes you you. Preferring to use natural light, I work from home or on location to give my clients a fun, comfortable alternative to those crowded cookie cutter mall studios.
